She lifted the name from the dialogue between Phoebe and Monica in Friends when Phoebe told Monica, she was friends with her because Monica "scrapped" her way into Phoebe's life. She is Scrappie. She will not quit her endeavor, until she gets a blinding bolt from God like after she auditioned five times at the same gym and in the same week 3 checks bounced at another gym. This was a clear indication that teaching fitness at 40, wasn't the best career choice for her and her family. She has two kids, 7 and 10, and a loving supportive husband who has cheered her along every step of the way.
