SALMON IN 30 MINUTES
Here’s a fast, healthy, delicious meal that everyone in your family will love! I originally played with this recipe fifteen years ago, in my first apartment in college. It’s now become a regular in my menu rotation, and I even give it to my friends when they get married as a great recipe to make when there’s not a lot of time. It’s perfect for casual dinners alone, or for entertaining.
Wrap a salmon fillet in parchment paper with some soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and a bag of frozen asian style veggies. Make sure the paper is closed, and bake at 350 degrees for ~25 minutes! Serve with a salad or (my favourite) couscous. If you don’t have, or don’t want, the ginger and garlic, just top with some salt and pepper and spoon on some pesto sauce when it’s done baking. Enjoy!
***Please note that I don’t use measurements in this recipe because it all depends on your taste. You can use as much (or as little) of each ingredient as you like.
